Equipment-Based Pilates, Designed Around You

Reformer

A Reformer is a versatile exercise machine designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body awareness. It features a sliding carriage attached to adjustable springs that provide varying levels of resistance, along with straps, a footbar, and shoulder blocks for support. This unique design allows exercises to be performed lying down, seated, kneeling, or standing, making the reformer accessible for beginners while still offering deep challenges for advanced practitioners. The spring-based resistance supports controlled, low-impact movement that emphasizes proper alignment and core engagement.

On a reformer, you can perform hundreds of exercises that target the entire body. Movements may focus on strengthening the core, sculpting the arms, and legs, improving posture, or increasing joint mobility and flexibility. Exercises such as leg presses, arm pulls, planks, lunges, and spinal articulation sequences can all be adapted using the carriage and springs. Because resistance can be easily adjusted, reformer Pilates is ideal for rehabilitation, athletic training, and general fitness, helping the body move more efficiently and with greater stability and control.

Wall Cadillac

Wall Cadillacs are a key component in any fully equipped facility. They add more than 200 exercises to your Pilates repertoire, and challenge the body in different planes of motion. The Wall Cadillac is a compact version of the traditional Pilates Cadillac, featuring a vertical frame mounted to the wall with adjustable springs, bars, and straps. This apparatus allows clients to work both standing and lying down while using spring resistance to support or challenge movement.

The Wall Cadillac is especially effective for improving posture, core strength, and full-body control. They offer an extensive range of applications for everyone of all ages, ranging from everyday healthy happy people, to post-rehab clients, to peak performance athletes, dancers, and gymnasts. All of our mat exercises are performed on raised professional mats using the wall cadillac and other small apparatus such as: Arcs, Rings, Overballs, Toning balls, Bands, Stability balls, Foam rollers, and BOSU’s.

Pilates Stability Chair

The Pilates Stability Chair is a compact yet powerful piece of equipment designed to build strength, stability, and control through spring-based resistance. Featuring a small padded seat and one or two pedals attached to adjustable springs, the stability chair challenges the body in multiple body positions. Its upright nature requires strong core engagement and precise alignment, making it an excellent tool for developing functional strength and balance.

Exercises on the Pilates Stability Chair include leg presses, step-ups, squats, pikes, triceps work, and standing balance challenges. Because the pedals move independently or together, the stability chair helps address muscular imbalances and improve coordination. Resistance can be easily adjusted, allowing the stability chair to support rehabilitation goals or deliver an intense, full-body workout for intermediate to advanced practitioners.

Stability Chairs allow a unique opportunity to work in functional (e.g. standing, seated, kneeling) positions. The Stability chair focuses on exercises using muscles that stabilize joints. The Chair helps rebalance muscles and provides a full-body workout.

The Great Yoga Wall

The Great Yoga Wall can be a powerful addition to Pilates training by providing adjustable support and resistance that enhances core-focused exercises. Using straps and wall anchors, practitioners can stabilize the body during movements or add gentle traction to improve alignment and control-key principles in Pilates. It also accommodates resistance band work, allowing for targeted strength training of the arms, legs, and core with smooth, controlled tension. In addition, TRX-style suspension exercises can be performed using the wall’s anchor points, helping build stability, balance, and functional strength. Altogether, it creates a versatile system that deepens muscle engagement while keeping movements safe, supported, and precise.
