I started with Pilates over 20 years ago. That’s when I met Monika. Was I ever lucky. She was so knowledgeable and caring. Pilates became a huge part of my life. I would have never became so trained if not for her expertise.
Then I got very sick and needed a lot of help. As soon as I could she worked with me. She was training Ann to work with people at that time. Ann took to it right away and learned the STOTT method. At that time my daughter also needed help due to illness. Ann worked with us privately. Her attention to our needs is so awesome. She uses her knowledge to help us with specialty work outs. We are both so grateful for Ann’s attention and patience.
